ORDERING A FIREARM

INTERLAKEN GUNS & AMMO only ships guns ordered through our web site to a
validated FFL holder of your choice.
As a buyer and user of our web site, you are responsible to:

• To know the laws of you state to ensure what you are buying is compliant in your
  state and locality.
• To contact the dealer of your choice and have them e-mail a copy of their valid
  FFL to us at: interlakenguns@gmail.com
• The price that you pay at checkout does not cover the transfer at your receiving
  dealer.
• NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL US, AND ALSO DO NOT SHIP
  TO CALIFORNIA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO
• ALL FIREARMS AND ACCESSORIES WILL SHIP WITHIN 2 – 5 BUSINESS
  DAYS AFTER FULL PAYMENT

RECEIVING A FIREARM FROM YOUR SELECT DEALER

• BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE TRANSFER, inspect all firearms. We
  CANNOT accept any new firearms back from you once it has been transferred to
  you. If you already paid any transfer fees to the Dealer on your end, they are
  NOT reimbursable.
•  If a new gun is found to be defective, we can work with the customer to provide a
  label to send the gun back to the manufacturer for repair.
• If a used gun is found to be defective within 7 calendar days from the date of
  transfer immediately notify INTERLAKEN GUNS & AMMO of the defect. We will
  supply the return shipping label to be returned in the original shipping box. Once
  received, and inspected, a refund will be issued.
• IF THE CUSTOMER ORDERED A NON-COMPLIANT FIREARM, OR WAS
  NOT ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, THE UNFIRED CAN BE
  RETURNED TO US WITH A 15% RE-STOCKING CHARGE. THE CUSTOMER
  IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND MUST BE SHIPPED
  FROM AN FFL DEALER.
